Overpriced under quality. I payed $220 for what should have been a simple dye job that lasted over 8 hours. All I needed was a bleach and dye. I ended up getting bleached once, and dyed four times because my hair stylist didn't leave the bleach in long enough and my hair came out green. I showered once with color safe products and parts of my hair were already turning green, had to go back in for a recolor which still came out after two washes. I covered my hair with a BOX DYE and the color has yet to fade. Worst hair experience yet, and believe me I have a lot of horror stories.
Love this place. I always come to get my haircut here. Angie in my opinion is the BEST. She likes getting to know her clients,which is why i love coming back. Highly recommend this cute place
Unfortunately it has not been performed correctly and we now have to find a resolution.
My 13 year old daughter wanted a drastic change in her hair, and we chose this place. Shelly was our stylist. She was amazing from the get go! She was kind and friendly, engaging in small talk with both myself and my daughter. She was also very patient in explaining why the original cut that my daughter wanted, how it wouldn't work with my daughter's thick hair and the upkeep of the style. Shelly didn't make us feel rushed, and made sure that my daughter loved her hair before she ever got up from the seat. We were both very pleased, and will most definitely be back!
Update: while the treatment didn't work for us management was accomodating and helped work through it with us.
