I've always had great experiences with Justice Finance and specifically this location. The manager, Natalie is especially friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I also love that paying off my loan on time every month raises my credit score. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a loan!
I was sending my mother a text message. While signing the paperwork for the loan. Natalie told me to leave. Because she thought I wasn’t taking it seriously. The message to my mother was I’m being approved and she kicked me out saying that she wanted my mother to know about the loan when I told her I didn’t want her to know I needed help. Even though Natalie already called her and my mother knew about me trying to get help. I even went back begging for the help she was goi g to provide. Then she persisted how I wasn’t taking it seriously enough. Even though I drove all over town to get every document she requested.
Both the management and staff are rude. I keep having to call THEM back, excuse me that is your job to call the customer back. When i explained that to them then all of a sudden i wasnt approved when 2 minutes before i had been.
Natalie and Danyll are awesome to work with!! They provided all the information; requirements and documents I needed to bring in upfront to make sure the process was as smooth as possible. This saved me so much time and the process so much quicker because I knew what was expected of me when I came in for my appointment. They are fair and understanding and try to do everything they can to help you. I couldn't ask for a better experience and will be referring everyone I know to them!
