My husband called today trying to get a delivery, and yes it's Valentine's day.. Understandably it was going to be difficult to get a last min delivery but that woman was so incredibly rude to my husband, stated that she was done delivering and if he wanted flowers he could come get them himself. Very poor customer service and you'd think on a holiday like Valentine's day she'd be trying to help her customers and make that extra money. We will never use this flower shop and I will recommend against it anyone who asks from now on!
I called and asked for them to be creative but that I wanted something whimsical and colorful. They did a wonderful job of being creative and utilizing winter flowers like I asked. They delivery was on time and my mom was very impressed! Thank you for taking your time and making something beautiful for my mom's birthday.

I love flowers by Fran! Very traditional and classy arrangements. I ordered a casket spray for my dads funeral and it was beautiful. I also think they are very reasonable. I highly recommend Flowers by Fran!
Horrible customer service!!!! My grandfather tried to get them to delivery flowers to my mom for Mother's Day. We left our gate wide open for the lady to come drop them off and I was home but she denied on the phone that the gate was open and was extremely rude on the phone.
