The store manager Janice was the one who cut my hair, she did an amazing job and she went over the top with the attention to detail.
Wow, where to begin? I came here for a haircut on 6/29/17 and Janice, apparently the manager, did my haircut and completely butchered it. I literally had to go home and fix my hair myself with scissors. Fast forward to today 8/1/17 and I go in to get a "FREE neck trim". Janice was working again and after signing in I told her I just needed a neck trim. After sitting down she spends about a whole minute analyzing the piece of paper that prints out, and she begins to trim my neck. She didn't put the sanitizing cloth on, didn't ask how I had my neck trimmed before, nor even said a word. She finished up and I said thank you and on my way out she told me I had to "check out". She then told me that she should charge me but she isn't because I am past the "neck trim window" and I can't just wait that long between neck trims and expect a free neck trim. Then told me that I "need to be mindful of that". I got home and realized she didn't even do my neck trim right and now I'm going to have to go back in somewhere else to get it fixed. Absolute piss poor customer service. Sports Clips, either you're desperate or just plain stupid. Your "manager" needs to go. I will NOT be returning back here ever! 0/5 stars if it was an option....
Love going to this sports clips, been going there for years. Always have amazing service and great quality cuts. Completely recommend.

Horrible, my husband went there to get his beard trimmed, and trim the side of his hair. First they charge a tip, the minute you walk in the door. They don’t tell you how much anything is until is time to pay. To top it all off they did a horrible job on my husbands beard. He had to go somewhere else to get fix. $30 dollars for a beard and hair trim, rip off. Never again, they deserve no stars but had to give them one to write this review. Will be letting my friends now not to go there
The staff is always very friendly. They do an Excellent job on our TWINS haircuts every time. My husband is super picky & the girls always seem hit a HOME RUN! Thanks Burleson Sports Clips!
