We've used these folks for several years now and, to date, have been quite satisfied. While I have real issues with the way the Texas Department of Insurance allows insurance companies unwarranted rate increases on a regular basis, Lone Star has always managed to find us the best $ for $ cost/coverage programs available. Dawn Rhudy handles our accounts and is pleasant to work with.

He says hi name is blah blah for security reasons I need your policy number,date of birth, wait didn't I just do this in order to get to you?

I found Lone Star Insurance Agency on Dave Ramsey's website. I requested a quote for insurance and they were able to beat my current rates with Allstate. Not only that, but the customer service is fantastic! Naaman is great to work with, but the receptionists are spot on too. I had an issue with an auto draft that was not pulling my payment and they went to work contacting the company and fixing the problem. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.
Well, I'm still waiting for my quote from several days ago. I was expecting great things from this company given the great reviews on Google. I filled out their online quote information. A male called me back shortly to ask me all the same questions I had just filled out online. He then stated he would contact me with a quote if not that day then the following day & almost a week later I've heard nothing back. I guess I'll look else where.....
