We went there looking to adopt a dog the lady up front was very rude and as soon as we left she called the cops saying we "smelt of alcohol " because two men walked in with a box of kittens and we were allowed to pet them the men said guess she didn't like that
I cannot say it enough about the amazing help these guys provided When My Shar-Pei got loose and ran all over Burleson for 5 straight days. Chris went out of his way, even on a day when they were closed, to help me. Teri went above and beyond and captured my "runaway" who'd been hit by a car and mauled by a larger animal!! she also referred me to an amazing emergency animal hospital here, which I feel, saved her life. I can't thank them enough!!

Everyone that worked and volunteered there were extremely interested in helping me and the animals. They all seem to love what they do. The adopting of my new friend was so comfortable and easy! Thank you to all that work and volunteer at Burleson Animal Shelter.
This place is disgusting. My dog had to be quarantined about a year ago. Ever since i got dog back hes had a bad skin condition that i cannot get rid of. He has been to the vet twice now and nothing has helped. Im now taking him back to the vet tmrw for the third time to see if the vet knows how to get rid of it. This place has rude workers and terrible customer service. They dont care if they are the reason your dog got sick and cost you hundreds of dollars. The lady there is a big hoe. Do not adopt from this crap hole. I am telling you from my sick dogs experience. Stay away from this place. I give zero stars. Rude people that dont care about animials. They make about 8.00 an hour and it shows believe me. Please for the love of animals DO NOT adopt here......u will regret it. Sick dogs
