The food is great but they need to step it up with the customer service.
Great food, always fresh. But some of the staff are not so nice.
Consistently good quality for Asian inspired fast food
The food is good but not great with customer service. My husband and I were the only ones being helped and we had to wait while four girls walked by and said nothing before one finally asked us what we wanted. Also the bathroom smelled of old urine and neither of the stall doors closed and all but one table needed cleaned off. It was 1:00pm when we went there and there was one family eating and one of Pandas employees eating.
On July 17th 2017 on a Monday I went up there and I got a shock they said they're running out of food they only have so much left that is a disgrace you're a food establishment you should never run out of food that is ridiculous that's why I'm never going back there there's two in Burleson they oughtta thought ahead there is another one in Burleson and they can take their business away stay close a little earlier but at least I know they'll have food I will never go back here again they deserve what they get it's like they have to be trying to make other people go to the other place I guess they don't like money very much I'm sorry but that's inexcusable and to someone's comment that I saw saying they're not even Chinese they're Asian Asian is a term for any country that comes in China Japan or any of those countries in Asia so quit being a racist
