We have an almost daily problem with getting the wrong mail delivered in our neighborhood. Neighbors just meet in the yard and exchange what goes where. Called supervisor, not available, never called back. Mail from a completely different neighborhood delivered Saturday. The only correct info on the envelope was house number and zip code. Name, street; not even close. Can mail delivery people read?
Overall- better than average in my experience, but some areas for improvement.
I drop off mail in Burleson at least twice a week. Usually a long wait, but only because they are understaffed during peak times. Otherwise great service and the staff is friendly.
I will not be using the post office ever again. I had a pack delivered on the 14th. Said it wasnt dileverable due to the address i then go up to the post office where i am told the package was there and needed to be sorted to come back tomorrow and they will have it the next day i go they tell me they sent it on route again. I wait at my house for the mailman when i see him he told me he dropped it off at a house down the street i show him my i.d he said he would go back amd get it and have to hold it at the post office for me to get tommorrow. The next day i go once again and am told they sent it back to the sender and there is nothing they can do. I call the main office and get a complaint comformation # and am told the post office has 3 days to contact me about my package where abouts. My package at this point has not been scanned in 6 days. And they have not called me. The communication of this post office is ridiculous. I was told i should have had insurance on the package, and i fimd it very rude i took all the steps i was instructed to get my package and still i have no idea what they have done with it. I am very disappointed, this was a hard item to get and was a christmas gift. I will be taking farther steps to make sure this is taken care of.
The website hours show that they are accepting Passport Applications from 9 to 1530. I came on Saturday at 9 and I was supposed to somehow know that it was every other Saturday. I asked the man if I can come back Monday through Friday at 9 and he said yes. I called Monday afternoon just to make sure that I could come on Tuesday at 9. He said yes. I show up Tuesday at 9 and they say the person doing the Passport Applications doesn't get there until 10. Lied to twice. Very disappointed in the service of this post office.
Would like to see better response rate from the post master at this station for customer questions. Have left 3 separate messages on different questions and have never gotten responses. For those, I went to the Crowley station and their post master came right out and helped me.
Our neighborhood mail carrier is great! Very friendly, always gives the kids high fives if we are outside, full of smiles. Have had a few issues with our mail going to a neighbor one street over when our mail carrier is on vacation- but we resolved it on our own and met a neighbor in the process.
Local post station is okay and haven't had any problems when needing services in office. I find it to be much better than other locations I've dealt with in the past that outright refused to scan in pre-paid mail to get a drop off receipt! Lines can get a bit long and slow moving. Haven't needed passport services, but have seen it is very limited compared to other post offices offering passport services.
