I reserved a car online when I got to the location I was in and out less than 10 mins and when I got back it was the same! Burleson enterprise is the best!
Staff is Professional and Efficient. I was picked up 10 min. before my scheduled pick up time. The gentlemen were very nice. Unlike where I usually rent from down the freeway . The ladies there are not very friendly.
If I could give more stars I would. I rented a car back in August while my Jeep was being repaired for hail damage. They only had full size vehicles available which was not covered with my insurance so I was going to pay for extra fees. I obviously was disappointed and they recognized it and settled with me seeing how it was not my fault they only had larger vehicles available. This is not why I would give more stars if I could. It is October and yesterday I received a voicemail asking if I had left anything in my rental nearly three months later. I have only been missing one thing and realistically I thought there was no way it was my work bank bag with several $100s in it. I returned the call... AND IT WAS MY FREAKING BANK BAG WITH ALL OF THE MONEY IN IT. It got stuck under the seat in an awkward position where they couldn't see it. Heath, the gentleman who cleans the vehicles found it. I sincerely appreciate Heath's honesty and integrity in turning in the bank bag. I appreciate the office team in doing their research to return it to me and not just putting it in lost and found. I never would have thought to check with the rental. Thank you Burleson Enterprise for your honesty and integrity.
I spend at least 2 hours on the road every day going to and from work. So having a transmission that sounded like it was going to fall out every time I accelerated to freeway speeds, no bluetooth connection for my traffic app or audio to make the long commute easier, and very little seat adjustability for comfort or to be able to see better - well, it felt like I was taking my life in my hands twice a day. Scary car to drive in heavy traffic.
I've had better experiences here in the past, but this was not good. After getting rear-ended, the at-fault driver's insurance approved a car. The fact that it was an economy car, when I drive a Honda CRV, was not Enterprise's fault of course. However, they put me in a Mitsubishi - a MITSUBISHI - that reeked of stale cigarettes and greasy food. Hardly anyone who saw what I was driving could believe they even rent out such a piece of trash model! If I hadn't been so tired and a little punch-drunk from an unexpected day off plus various car issues, I would have protested vehemently.
The two young ladies that work there during the week are super friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Thank you ladies for making my experience easy and quick.
Again, if I'd had more presence of mind, I would have protested. I'm hoping I wasn't just being shoved into whatever because I was not a paying customer or even the insurance company's insured.
