I had to go to Texas Health Burleson after my own surgeon, Dr. Neef, Refused to see me. So I went in to THB, and was in a room within about 8 minutes. The Nurse, Marsha and the Tech/Student Nurse Moriah came in, did their thing, very very nice...the tech got my IV in on the 1st try and it didnt even hurt! (When I went to huguley for surgery, it took 1 nurse and 2 anesthesiologists, 6 tries to get 1 IV, and the nurse blew the first one causing permanent nerve damage..thanks huguley), the Student Nurse Moriah, got it immediately!
Every single time my girlfriend has come here. The staff has taken very good care of her. While one of the times they couldn't treat her because this facility didn't have the proper machines. Thus last time. They found a solution for her head. Found out she has complex migraines. And the doctor this time did some in depth research to try to find a solution. And luckily it worked. I hate hospitals. But this place i have no problems with.
Better care than most Hospital's emergency rooms. Well equipped, well trained caring staff, no waiting! At one time or another my husband & I have used this facility
Care was great. Comments made by the female doctor I had towards my family WAS NOT SO GREAT. She insulted my husband due to his age and it was very unappreciated. This has always been my number one place to go since they have opened, but never have a been so insulted by a doctor. I hope she thinks twice about making another uneducated comment towards any family she does not know. However, those nurses were wonderful.
Staff is amazing. But I refuse to go there if Adams is the Dr. He has no bedside manner and is very rude. I miscarryied ed while I was there and he made jokes about me no longer being pregnant. The nurses appoligized and couldn't believe what he was saying. He was supposed to be reported. I honestly can't believe he is still there. My family and I will go to Baylor ER. When he is the Dr!!
So Then Dr. Robert Genzel came in and had the BEST and MOST compassionate bedside manner (he was so comforting, he knew I was scared and was absolutely AMAZING)! He ordered a CT Scan, which was done and everything came back with an hour. Dr. Genzel came in and explained my diagnosis, answered my questions and was literally one of the nicest Doctors I have ever met! THANK YOU to Dr. Genzel, my Nurse Marsha and my Tech/Nursing student Moriah. They all treated me with compassion, kindness and respect...Huguley, you need to take some notes!!!
