Manager was a really nice guy, he worked with helping me pick out a pair of boots. When the boots wore out well within my warranty, he helped me get a new pair ordered. I've recently needed to get a new pair because my boots wore out again, so obviously I was considering a new style. I called the Burleson location to ask about how I could trade in for a new style, since my boots were still within warranty. I spoke with a female worker who told me she was unaware how to get the information and she would have the manager call. A few days go by and I have not heard from anyone, so I call back. The same woman tells me the manager is on a business trip and will be back in a few days. I call the day he was originally supposed to be back, she tells me he's still not back, but will be back on Wednesday. I call on Wednesday and am told it will not be until Friday. I call Friday and apparently he hasn't come in. I call the following Monday and receive the same answer. I decide to call a different store and explain the situation. He says he will call the Burleson store and handle it, then calls me back within five minutes and tells me to come in. When I do, he shows me a note he wrote while getting my information from the Burleson store and the woman that was giving me the runaround said, "We don't want to take care of him anymore. You can have him." Doesn't really seem like the way a business should handle a customer, especially when I was patient and not once rude or impolite. Like I said, the manager was helpful the few times I went to the store, but the woman who I spoke with on the phone clearly was not interested in helping me fix my problem.

Great service really helpful. I went in looking for some durable boots to hold up to a Lime environment. Salesmen explained the differences in the boots that would work for me. He went out of his way to help me which suprised me as it was almost closing time. He gave advice as how to care for them without trying to make an upsale on oils and brushes. You Burleson locals need to support the Redwing Store here. It's awesome that I didn't have to travel to DFW area for quality boots and service as it is in my own backyard.
