I went into the store the beginning of the week to look for boots for my daughter. I noticed the pair that I like that was on sale for $24.99. I decided to wait because she is picky on shoes. LOL I didn't return later that week to look for shoes for myself for work. Those same boots were on sale still for my $24.99. I then went back into the store today and the boots were still on sale and I purchased an additional pair. When I got home I noticed that I was charged $34.99 instead of the $24.99. So I called up to the store and spoke with the nice lady that checked me out. She said I was correct that the boots were on sale and that I could come back in the store and get my $10 refund. Then she told me She was going to check in the computer. Then she informed me that they were not on sale and told me to hold on she's going to get the manager. The manager refused to refund me my $10. He said signs get moved all the time. I informed him I had been in the store multiple times that week and they were on sale all week. He still refused. So to you that is reading this,question : when you go to target or any store for that matter and an item is priced wrong what do they do? They give it to you at the price it's marked and then they go into the system or change the sign and fix it. Nope not shoe depot. Very very disappointed.
Because they're convenient I don't have to go to a mall and I love the quality
Nice friendly worker, was even happy with the the only pair of shoes I found on sale... What I didn't care for was when I asked if they had any coupons I could look up on my phone, the lady said that due to their already lower prices, they do not have coupons. Their prices were the same average as everywhere else if not a few dollars more expensive.
Very helpful employees and good selection. I will be back.
This place is great to find shoes you need much cheaper then academy we have bought our last 4 pair of shoes here AND BY THE WAY MAYRA IF YOU LEARN TO WATCH YOUR KIDS AND TEACH THEM NOT TO TOUCH STUFF YOU HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE SHOPPING FOR SHOES HERE
